Need help getting motivated!!
I am a mother of 3 kids under 5. I am 25 pounds overweight. I'm having a very hard time becoming motivated to start a work out program. I know I need to start working out....but, not only is it hard to find the time but, I can think of a 100 other things that I need to be doing besides going to the gym. Do you have any suggestions on how to motivate myself to get back in shape!!
Posted December 3, 2009 9:52 PMExercsie is not the best way to lose your weight. The food you are eating now is not providing you with the energy and nutrients you need to get moving, and your body is telling you that. My coaching is free and the meals that I recommend to my clients costs them about $8-$10 a day. I will have you eating 5 small "meals" a day and one "lean & green" meal with your family. I know that sounds like a lot, but it's a very convenient, goof-proof program. There is no exercise for at least the first 2-3 week. By then, you would probably be down about 10-12 pounds and would feel more like exercising (I'd want you to just start with walking). As you get closer to your healthy BMI (Body Mass Index) you can begin more strength-building exercise and intense cardio work. If you want to talk about it, contact me at my email (eliminate the space between "path" and "to" in the address): path tohealth.TSFL.com or call me at 856-220-0776.

Thank you so much for your reply!! I would love to learn more about your program and what you have to offer. I know that I need to change my diet and could use some coaching to keep me on track! I will give you a call to discuss.
Happy Holidays to you too!!!
