Before giving my ideas and/or thoughts about how to direct you to the help you need, it's important to know more about the problem.  How old your child is, who else lives in your household, what specifically you mean by "problems with eating", how long the problem has been there, and what you've done so far to address the problem, etc.  I'd be happy to then share ideas about what kind of help will be, well, most helpful.

Sheis one year old ( 20 months) and gags on anything with texture in her mouth.  she only eats yogurt and stage 2 and is still on formula.  she is not afraid to get messy, is very interested in food and texture does not bother her in any other way.  all of her other developmental milestones are normal.  we have herworking with an occupational therapist but there really hasnt been improvement thus far. she has a history of torticollis which has impacted her problem.  I'm really worried and it bothers me a great deal when i see other kids younger eating normally.

Look into the possibility of her having Sensory Integration issues.

she doesnt. as indicated above, she doesnt have any difficulty with mess, texture or other sensory issues - it is physical and psychological (fear of food from gagging).  But thanks for the attempt.  eating challenges can be very tricky especially at this age.
